saturday morning, i was wandering around etsy looking for things for our new digs and stumbled upon onecanoetwo and fell in love with their letterpress -- especially this presidents print and the 2011 boats calendar.

so ryan is literally on his last two flights in all of flight school and we are getting SO excited for his winging. i decided to see what etsy had in terms of helicopter/navy pilot items and wow, i was blown away! how great are all of these? this weekend, in nantucket, the bride received this awesome red bucket with her new monogram in sky blue letters. it was sooo cute. i started thinking of ALL the things she could use it for. then i decided i should add this to my list for santa. i then thought, santa might need some specifics. so i found this AWESOME etsy store that has dozens of personalizations. if you're like us, tis the season for wedding and baby presents-- how cute and one-of-a-kind would these be?!

oh my. wren & chickadee is open on etsy and you really must swing by. i snagged this GORGEOUS tulip print today and really feel like it will be like having fresh tulips in my house all the time. the shop is done by ez on creature comforts, a truly stunning blog. p.s. i think she has one of my favorite blog banners of all time. p.s.s. you get 2 free postcards with an order between now and sunday and by postcards, i mean works of art!

it's been too long since i've cruised etsy for some things we can give and get. here are some new favs:

i don't know about you, but my aspirations to wear hoops or drop earrings doesn't happen a lot. i love my stud earrings and these would be a great addition.
