i. love. yoga.
it has been such a blessing in my life. in short, for me, it's really good to have someone tell me to breathe for an hour. my whole life i've been less than graceful (clumsier than you can imagine!) and in yoga some how that all changes. and if you ask ryan, i'm a better person when i come home from yoga class. if you haven't ever tried it, do. most classes have a super cheap/free intro class -- can't wait to hear what you think. other yogis want to chime in?

i tried to do yoga but i wasn't very good at the relaxation part...i'd be on my back with my legs up the wall thinking "how much longer do i have to relax!?"
you will reallllly love california if you love yoga!! ;) PS: can't live without. in fact, i did it the morning of my wedding to start the day with some breath/balance refreshment and it's one of the best things i did that day (and there were a lot!).
I. Love. Yoga.
:)
I'm on a total high every single time I walk home from class. Seriously, people must think I'm on drugs. Self-practice is great too; it's not quite as relaxing when I have to tell myself to relax (haha) but I'm sure it'll get better with practice.
I'm performing in a concert tonight and I will definitely be doing some yoga backstage!
