a small favor.
dear readers, i have a small favor to ask of you:
i do this blog because of each of you. because i've been blessed with some wonderful things in my life and am trying to strike this balance between marriage, career, family and friends all over the place, and squeezing in some creativity and good meals -- and i love sharing it. t&f has been the little engine that could, slowly growing readers (in all 50 states and 58 countries!). i wish you could see how excited i get to hear from you or know a post gave you an idea of a meal for your family, a gift for a dear friend or a place you'd love to pack your bags and visit.
so, this is all a long way of saying, i know there are others out there who would love to swing by tulips & flight suits and funny enough, it seems like facebook is one of the best ways to reach new readers. so, if you love t&f and have a favorite post or just want to link to the main page, will you use your facebook status to spread the word? here are some of my favorite posts of all time you might link to: our snow day road trip, some thoughts on visiting friends, an amazing military homecoming story, our newlywed mini date night, some details from our house, our wedding programs, and my all the time favorite things.

Mary, I read t&f when I can and it's been great to see where you are and hear about your adventures as it's been so long since we've talked in person. I'm so glad to see you are doing well and enjoying life to the fullest. I've been toying around with a blog of my own called equal parts but haven't had time to put the final pieces together. Soon enough! Thanks for all the great ideas and hopefully we can connect somewhere, sometime soon. Take Care!
