avocado toast.

avocado toast has gotten a lot of blog love and i finally tried it. then made ryan try it. and oh my it's our go to right now. i like mine on a really good piece of wheat toast with a little lime. ryan likes his with red pepper flakes. sometimes we're wild and put tomatoes on too. it sounds simple, and it is, and oh so good. image here.

can you pleeeease come to the place that grows more avocados per capita than anywhere else in the world? we'll eat avocado toast and fish tacos and sip prosecco and go antique-ing to look at pretty things. how can you turn down pretty things?
