house details.

in the photos yesterday of our big kitchen/living room/dining room/mary office all in one, it was tough to see some of the details that really make this place home. namely, the photos on the walls and the books on the shelves. so, today some details!

this bulletin board is in our kitchen and i try to keep it updated with new cards/quotes.

all around the main room, we have these pottery barn frames with photos from the wedding, ryan's graduation at the naval academy, friends in charlottesville, and even mali, africa. i grew up in a house with LOTS of framed photos. let's just say the apple didn't fall far from the tree.

tiny details, but we have this frame and these hooks by our front door and i just love them both.

i work/blog from p'cola, so this is my little corner office!

ok, ok, had to include one of the other bookshelf too!
