o'suzannah.
the very first time i was ever in charlottesville, i wandered into o'suzannah. i'd like to tell you i went to uva because it's an amazing university, with a deep sense of history & tradition -- and that's a bit true, but i also went to uva because of o'suzannah. i LOVE this store. i love the books & the cards & the details for your home & the way you can literally get lost in each display (or end up reading books -- see above!). it is completely charming. and ... they have a blog! xo

I stumbled across your bloga few months ago and I love it- such a nice daily read...You have a great wardrobe...and the bag in the above photo is no excpetion! Where is it from?
jen, you are so sweet! thanks for reading. i love that bag and use it every single day -- i actually got it on sale at j. crew -- it's perfect because it even fits my laptop and goes with everything :) sadly, they don't have them now, but i feel like they do metallic bags every now and then so i'll keep my eye out!
Such sweet little stores...if only I were closer! Thank you for sharing...I'm off to explore on-line!

oh, same! o' suz's is my favorite store in charlottesville. don't you love how everything is color-coded? i'm a little prideful (and maybe a little broke) that the clerks now know me by name.
