it has been so fun to do this little mother's day etsy guide! a little thought: basically all the gifts here would be GREAT for bridesmaids for all you brides-to-be! if you're anything like us, some nights, dinner can be a lot to even think about, let alone make! so, the new go to we found that requires about four minutes to make and whatever veggies you have in your fridge, is this:
it's an adaptation of this great real simple recipe -- we warmed some wheat tortillas and added steamed corn, some homemade guac, some salsa, a few fresh tomatoes, some fresh spinach and a little mozerella cheese. i can also see peppers, asparagus and tamales being fabulous!

i had lots of favorite things about seaside, but i think the row of airstreams that served everything from ice cream, to bar-b-que, cupcakes and organic fruit juices was really my favorite.

on saturday, we took a day trip to seaside, florida. it is this stunning community about an hour and a half away. incredible food, beaches and the houses are just about the cutest things I've ever seen.
